Tracking democratic thinkers over two millennia, the university students anticipate a “fourth wave of democracy” coming fast on the heels of machine learning and nearly merging with the human race: AI.

What if this technology could be used to escape the bureaucracy and party politics of democracies as we know them?

What if universal basic needs can be met by eliminating profiteering in the partisan electoral methods?
